Preparing for Your Appointment
Getting prepared for your appointment can help make your visit more productive. Patients should bring a current list of medications, vitamins, and supplements, along with information about relevant medical conditions, allergies, previous procedures, and other important health history.
If you have medical records, laboratory results, imaging reports, or information from another health care provider that may be relevant to your visit, having those records available can also be helpful.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment and allow additional time for registration or completing any required paperwork.
New Patients
New patients are welcome to contact our office to learn more about becoming a patient. During your initial visit, we may discuss your medical history, current health concerns, medications, lifestyle, preventive care needs, and health goals.
Establishing a complete health history helps our medical team develop a more personalized approach to your ongoing care.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments help our team provide each patient with adequate time and attention. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact the office as soon as possible.
Providing advance notice allows the practice to make the appointment time available to another patient. Please review the practice’s appointment and cancellation policies for additional information.
Prescription and Medication Requests
Patients who need a prescription refill should contact the office and allow adequate time for the request to be reviewed and processed. Medication requests may require review of your medical history, current medications, and treatment plan.
Prescription requests should not be considered an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical attention.
Communication and Patient Questions
We encourage patients to communicate openly with our medical team. Questions about your health, treatment options, medications, preventive care, or recommended follow-up should be discussed with your health care provider.
Our goal is to create a collaborative relationship in which patients feel comfortable asking questions and participating in decisions about their health.
